Kyra Alberts is an external PhD- in cultural analysis and literary theory at Leiden University. Her PhD research focuses on literary theory in the post-postmodern era with a focus on Gothic theory and Hauntology in literature, in particular the figures of the vampire, spectre and haunted house.
